How long are your naps usually?

My naps are usually 2 hours, but today I took a 4-Hour nap and wow that felt good!

30 minutes

Nowadays, I only get naps on my off days and weekends, so I definitely make the most of them :)

At home, some two hours. At work, usually some ten minutes. Or I wake up when the meeting is over!

I would feel worse after a 4 he nap😂😂😂 I usually don’t get time for one. But if I do sleep or nap. It’s like 45 min.

In university, I used to take 10-15m power naps while sitting on a chair & putting my head down on my desk in the library.

More recently, I take 30m to 2H naps depending on the day!

Well I am retired so I go to sleep at10 PM then I sleep to 10 AM so I take my diet shake then at noon I eat lunch lol so naps are few

We had a 20 lb male when I was a kid. He would kill muskrats.

He was so chill until we let him outside. Then he turned into a stone cold killer. Birds, mice, rabbits, squirrels, the aforementioned muskrats, more birds. He didn't just hunt them, he would leave his 'trophy' on our front porch. One time I remember my mom let him in for the night, and he ran into the house with a baby rabbit in his mouth... 😳
