Personally I prefer working out with women for 4 reasons.
1. It is more fun to me when working out with women.
2. It is not as embarrassing to me if I mess up in front of a woman.
3. It is super rewarding to watch a woman put in effort and see it pay off. Us men have kind of a cheat code with testosterone. It is awesome to watch men progress, but even more rewarding to me if I can help a woman do so.
4. While there is no such thing as a male or female workout, reality is there are some exercises that women do a lot more than men. It is fun to try new workouts. Also, if there is an exercise I like and there are no men doing it, I can seek advice from the woman I'm working out with rather than approaching random women in the gym and risking scaring them/creeping them out. I have no problem going up to a gym bro for advice, but approaching women I don't know is scary due to the risk of running into one of the very few attention seeking females waiting to put a man on blast.
