I'm not used to the hot weather here. We have a heat wave here and it's as if the world is ending.

I pretty much always get a work out in though.

The only exception is a poor night's sleep because it makes the whole thing pointless. If I can do 10 pullups and I can only get 7 then it's a waste of time. One should always strive to better, or at least equal one's last workout.

When it is real hot I can't exercise as intensely. I try toi go for a trail run early in the morning in the summer or I'll swim laps at the gym. In the winter it is easy to dress for the weather if I go for a run

Makes no difference. If it's too hot, I'll exercise inside. If it's too cold... just kidding, that really doesn't happen here lol

Warm weather. I'd rather relax and enjoy the sun. I do exercise in both, but I prefer cold weather for that.
