What could be the reason why my back is hurting like this, fo you know and what to do?

part of spine hurts three or four vertebrae hurts and hurts to touch it and when its touched it feels like it got hit by a jack hammer, what could this be?

middle to lower part of spine, its been three days.

I haven't done anything to cause this, to my knowledge

Anything is possible however a sharp localized pain covering three or four vertebrae that feels like getting "hit by a jack hammer" when touched strongly suggests either a severe localized inflammation or a compressed irritated nerve.

Breakout the ice packs (15 to 20 minutes only a few times a day) & try that avenue to get the inflammation down & if it doesn’t get better visit a chiropractor or a medical professional.

Not trying to scare you but best case scenario you have a pinched nerve or dislocated disc/discs.

Worst case you have a tumor in your spine

i tried to take a picture last night to let tthis be seen. it shows. i wwoke up this morning to put pain sallnos patches on it and my spine there has shiffted over to the right

im asking you because You are military Man, anyway, any way would a normal back brace help a little. its a back brace for lifting things. this was my mans back brace. i used it before after a severe fall in 2022 slamming down on front side on the street. He was in the Us Military. I used it fir awhile because the top middle part of my back two vertebreas something came out of tgete and slumped me down while sitting so oon after that fall and what it did was knocked my chest completly over to where my face wad facing my belly. I went to urgent care, the NP told me and sent me to the ER because all the injuries were too bad for urhent care, the ERZ only gave me an injection of toradol. my chest is as tandling up now but, boy, the doctors arnt treating me. im doing the best i can

This is not something to joke about. Back pains can be a pain in the... back. There are multiple reasons why you may have a lower back pain. The most common one would be that you have had a bad posture for a while or that you have made a move that may have pinched a nerve. If you have pain shooting down a leg, then it is definitely a sign that you have pinched a nerve. If the pain is limited to just the vertebrae, then you could have anything from a herniated disk to a broken vertebrae due to osteopenia or even osteoporosis.

Time to consult with a specialist. Good luck.

Might be a herinated disk or muscle cramp, or inflamed tissues... etc

i started to hurt in the mid day and told my close friend, wow my back is hurting real bad all of a sudden. she said well of course with all you do.

to my lnowledge i haven't lifted anything heavy, i also have a diagnosis from age 13 of sever lumbar scoliosis. i dont know

I'm sorry to hear you are suffering in pain. It could any number of things including a pulled muscle, a herniated disk, or bulging disk. See your doctor as soon as you can.
