The shaky feeling starts when I wake up in the morning, so I eat thinking that'll help & it does for about 20 minutes and then it starts up again... I feel like I'm constantly eating and I've gained a lot of weight. This has been going on for about a year and a half. What is going on with me?

The feeling of being shaky and/or faint is usually csused by a temporary loss of blood pressure or a drop in blood suger which lowers the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain. It can be caused by dehydration, missing meals, anxiety, diabetes medication or heavy alcohol use. You need to consult with another doctor.
Don't waste time here, go to a GP and ask to get a big blood picture analysis done.
This is a question for your doctor, but it could be low blood sugar. I suggest you get checked ASAP.
go see th doc. You might have diabetes or some other condition.
Maybe you should make a doctors appointment
