You mean after a workout?
If yes that can have two reasons and probably both are true at the same time. First muscle workout can produce lactid acid because it produces energy without enough oxygen. That is one oart of the buring sensation after a workout. On the other hand training and therefore straining the muscles can lead to microtears. While they help strenghtening the muscles after, they can burn and lead to an exhausting, weakend feeling.
