By 'lift and carry' I mean cradle lift, piggyback, Hip carry, front lift or fireman carry.

The question I have is why do you need to know? It seems like an odd thing to ask. I mean, if you must know, I might be able to carry you on my back, but not sure how long or if I could even take a step while doing it.

I am sure there will be some one out there who can. We do have more of our power in our legs. I know I can still do it for my kids but they are under 100 lbs still even at 11 and 13.
