Why do women I know ignore my Instagram requests and does it mean I’m a creep?

Why don't many of them accept my request when I send requests to women I know from my school or from previous schools or whom I see and hear around me and who come across on Instagram? I feel like an idiot and a pervert. Why do you think I can't give up this habit of mine? Is it because it's so easy to make requests, but how will I look at the faces of those female teachers when the school opens? Am I mentally ill? However, I use my medications but... I'm not nervous, by the way, I think I'm just an anxiety patient.
