It's pretty good, really. It does a decent job of explaining what you need to look for, when to seek help and what to talk to your doctor about. A lot of medical consultations are patient: I have these symptoms, doctor: take this, leaving the patient with treatment but no understanding.

Across most fields of human endeavour, AI is performing similarly to a person after three or four years of college. Is that a good basis for making important medical decisions? No. But it is 100,000 better than the advice your friends will give you, and also better than e. g. online government health information services.

Think of it as a tool to help you get maximum value from your medical professionals not as an alternative to them.

I don't think it would be a great tool to analyze you health. I have noticed that the Google AI search answers will vary on things even if I have searched the same thing twice. I wouldn't want to trust something being wrong when it comes to health.

I do think that it would be okay to ask things like what is the best exercises to get healthy. Even asking what diet is risky given the AI doesn't have a complete medical history of you.

Depends. If it is a general health question, sure. If it is you trying to diagnose a serious problem, I would not do that.
