If you use it, what do you use ChatGPT for?

I use it sometimes to get some form of therapy. I know it's not better than getting it from an actual therapist but seeing as I can't afford one right now, I use it for that and it's actually quite helpful at times.

It helps me get my thoughts across and it's more like journaling my thoughts out and processing what I'm trying to say or the best method to take when I'm dealing with something simple. Not complex.
