I shoot for eight, but I can’t seem to sleep too much past seven hours. But if my body is waking up on its own after that, then I’ll assume that’s all I needed🤷‍♂️ Oddly, if I get SIX hours, I’m barely functional, lmao. So seven, seven-and-a-half hours seems to be my sweet spot
