No- I have enough problems with required surgery.
I wouldn't consider doing anything in Turkey, let alone that.
What would I go to Türkiye for that? Besides I'm happy with my looks
No. Didn’t someone just die doing that?
Do you know who they had do it?
No, it was just an article or a friend at the gym saying it, I can’t remember. It was about a month or two ago I heard about it. It has happened in Mexico, India and Brazil as well if I recall correctly.

UK authorities have recorded dozens of British deaths tied to elective procedures in Turkey since 2019 (with additional cases in 2024–2025), often involving liposuction, BBL, tummy tucks, or hair transplants. Turkey has no comprehensive mandatory public reporting system for these deaths, so the total number is likely higher. Complications frequently cited include fat embolism, infection/sepsis, anesthesia issues, bleeding, and pulmonary embolism. globetv. app
These cases are part of a broader pattern associated with high-volume, low-cost medical tourism. Outcomes vary widely by clinic and surgeon.
Nope. Fuck no.
but why?
Because I don't want or need it, and nothing under heaven could get me to turkey
Nope.
Not a chance
why?
Why turkiye
Main reasons for me are the surgeons perform these procedures constantly so the experience is there, plus all-inclusive packages handle the hotel, airport transfers, and post-op care completely. And obviously, the price difference is huge compared to back home.
