if you mean... ME? personally... I am not

if you mean... anyone else, in general... there's supposed to be studies and diagnosis for that, lol

but usually... psychopaths have issues understanding what's wrong or right, because they have a difficulty to connect with emotions and so they lack empathy

sociopaths however... they can be impulsive, violent, troublemakers who just don't think much about consequences or just don't care for it

Im diagnosed with ASPD type 1 (pclr). I dont have empathy or guilt, prone to rule breaking, prone to violence, emotional outbursts piss me off, I have 0 issues lying to people outside my circle, I dont value the safety or lives of myself or 99% of the world, im great at faking emotions to the point of being charming when I want to be, I apparently have narcissistic traits, I get under stimulated easily etc

I think it comes down to a person’s ability to feel empathy and remorse, and how they treat others. People who can hurt someone without guilt may have certain psychopathic traits…. But I also think people throw those labels around way too casually. Being cold, emotionally distant, or even cruel doesn’t automatically make someone a psychopath or sociopath. there's specific criteria that mental health professionals use when assessing that kind of thing..
