For those who got fast metabolism it's not that important WHAT they eat than HOW MUCH in a day they eat!
Your weight-gaining threshold is simply higher than to others, so in order to pass it you just need to eat more - simple. Of course simple to say but not-so-simple to do...
I advice to stay away from supplements, because they're either just a scam or they'll have some very nasty side-effects, or both...
If you'll just lift weights like it's no tomorrow - it will take it very slow, and if you overdo it - your muscle tissues may start to break-down! You should never push it so much as you start to feel muscle weakness!
It's a bad way to workout.. but the most common!
Train all your muscles instead of just hands or chest - run!
It prevents from that exhaustion and breakdown I already mentioned, and...
If you train your whole body - your body will release more chemicals which aid muscle tissue building - so your hands and chest in that case will improve faster compared to the first scenario!
The main point of exercise is to put yourself in a muscle-building stance!

Yes lifting heavy will tend to put bulk on a person but you should be careful that you have the right form and are doing the exercises first. Don't overlook your form or there's a big chance for injury. Normally it takes a month or 2 to get the muscle memory to even consider lifting heavy. I personally would stick with about 10 reps. This is what physical therapists have recommended to me with PhD.s. I've had injury issues and believe me its not fun, I listen to my physical therapist. Don't expect to get big fast though no matter how you train. Weight lifting takes lots of time and dedication to see results. Most get discouraged with how much time and work it takes. Honestly though, if your a beginner, you should worry about your diet and proper form first.

Eat plenty of protein. Some say you want to consume the same amount of protein as your target weight.
Also, don't over-train. Make sure you let your muscles repair or else they will shrink.Highest weight you can do, 3 sets, 8 reps each set.
