Go talk to a doctor but the simple way is to eat more, yes its so simple but that's the way. You eat like a pig? Count your calories in a day and compared them to link If you don't gain weight (slowly) this way you need a doctor. If you add 500 calories a day on top of the calories you need to maintain your weight, it will take 1 week to gain 1 pound and obvioulsy 4 pounds in a month. Yes its slow, people exaggerate how easy it is to gain weight because they eat a too much over long periods.
My honest opinion is that you shouldn't put on weight.I'm not saying I like super skinny guys or anything but as a fairly small girl big beefy guys can be very intimidating.If you really want to put on weight just get some healthy fats into your diet like fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring, trout, sardines),Nuts (almonds, peanuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews),avocados,tofu,soyamilk.
Well, I was thin looking at 165, but now I just look all skinny.
I don't want to be big and beefy, I just don't like being underweight :P
-Try drinking nutriment drinks when you are thirsty.
-When you are eating a meal, make sure you eat your entire meal before you drink a cup of anything. (if you drink and eat at the same time, you are more likely to eat less food.)

First of all, go to the doctor and have your thyroid checked out because that could be a reason for fast weight loss.
Try adding in lots of brown rice, fiber, potatoes, and fruit.
Adding in protein shakes will be another benefit.
If I were you I'd go to the doctor. It sounds like something may be wrong if you have no change in diet but yet you have lost all that weight. Red flag going up! lol

protein shakes and protein bars you can find in target or walmart, men on sports teams eat them to gain weight and bulk. also this thing called whey protein or muscle milk powder you put in milkshakes its for men and makes you gain muscle.
btw I'm jealous of you. tsk tsk.
Protein shakes, add a lot of stuff in it, like: peanut butter, bananas, oat bran, etc
go to culinary school we have the freshman 50 instead of the freshman 15
