Can anyone guess why certain sodas make me feel sick now?

I've never been much of a soda drinker. But after I left college this spring, I've been drinking almost entirely water, with occasional non-carbonated drinks (juice, Gatorade, milk, lemonade, etc). And now I've noticed that when I do drink soda, my stomach gets really upset. The two sodas I've noticed this the MOST are orange Crush and Mountain Dew. For some reason, Sierra Mist is okay. Maybe because Sierra Mist is made with real sugar now?

Anyone have any theories?
