+1 yI voted B, though A is a close one THEN I would say E, C, and then D
B: Severe headache/extremely sleep deprived: I have been sleep deprived before and it's NOT a pretty picture. Basically you have a headache and you're slightly delusional, and you really can't think straight. You are constantly lucid dreaming and your head seems 10x heavier than it actually is
A: Starving/extremely thirsty: Can't imagine what this feels like but I know that when I'm hungry I get pretty moody and my stomach hurts, or when I'm really thirsty I feel like my mouth has turned into sandpaper and I NEED water.
E: Heartbroken/Homesick: Though I hardly feel homesick, I have felt heartbroken before and it feels like someone has punched you in your heart every second of every day. And nighttime is the worst.
C: Constipation/have to pee but no bathroom in sight: I won't get into this for fear of disgusting some people but constipation and not being able to pee when you need to burns everywhere
D: Extremely cold/extremely hot: This I would liken to having a fever without the symptoms. It's annoying but I would just keep taking on and off my jacket in order to feel better10 Reply

+1 yi can at least be somewhat functional until I get a severe headache. with those I have to be popping strong pain killers and stay in bed all day and my house has to stay quiet. I even have black out curtains for when this occurs because it seems to happen at least 2 times a month. I feel bad for my husband on those days cause it means that he either has to mute his video games or have the volume turned down way low. I really hate having horrible head aches like that :(

those horrible headaches times 5 and you get a slight idea what starving/feeling extremely thirsty feels like. not to mention all the illnesses you'll get from a weak immune system. that includes the flu, pneumonia and stomach cramps. furthermore severe dehydration will cause blindness.
be happy you only got headaches. starving/extremely thirsty feels much worse...

i used to annorexic... I know what starving feels like
I think Starving/extremely thirsty is the worst out of this whole list because my stomach would be in so much pain and I wouldn't be able to do anything because it's telling me to eat and will be on my mind until I get some food in me. The other choice I would have gone with was the Severe headache/Extremely sleep deprived because the severe headache would be so painful for my brain and mind mentally that it would damage my thought process and I wouldn't be able to get anything done (as stated before for my first choice).

I can deal with the top 4 (and in relation to the top 2 and the 3rd one, I deal with it on a regular basis, seriously, unhealthy I know >__<) But the 5th one stumps me. People say just put it to the back of my mind, but then it's never really resolved. It's one that you just have to play through, or, depending on what it leads to, whether its depression or otherwise, you just have to work through it, but you can't get away from it. Mental issues always trumps physiological issues, especially when they are severe.

+1 yI've had severe headaches and I've been sleep deprived and they both really suck. At one point in time I was suffering a bit from insomnia and it sucks so bad. You're so tired but you just can't fall asleep. At one point I though if I ever do suffer from Insomnia permanently I would probably shoot myself. It really sucks. I've also had migraines and cluster headaches and they really suck too because you really can't do anything and sometimes you feel really nauseated with all the pain still going on.

Opinion Owner+1 yNope, I've never been homesick before. =P I've gone away for a month or two and it never bothered me one bit. All my immediate family is close by and most of my extended family is within a few hours. We all keep in touch. I generally see my brothers at least once a week, same with my parents. I see many of my aunts and uncles ever couple of months. As far as my own home, ah home is were you hang your hat. I have no problem with being other places. =)
The worst has gotta be the immense need to pee and having no sight of a restroom. It is TORTURE and it causes you to suspend if not terminate every other thought you had. It also causes you not to give a crap about anything but just getting emptied out!
30 ReplyI said heartbroken. It literally made me sick to my stomach. When I did want to eat or drink something, it was hard to keep anything down. With the depression and anxiety from it, I couldn't sleep either.. So heartbroken for me equated to vomiting, being starved, thirsty, and sleep deprived. I'd never want to go through it again.
20 ReplyThey all sound very painful.. but heartache is the hardest I experienced in my life .. I would rather starve to death than have my heart broken and feel empty inside .. plus that I guess it takes the longest to heal ..

+1 yI would say B most definitely.I have been in situations whereas I didn't sleep for DAYS and everything just sort of starts to feel unreal. And THEN you try to remedy it by drinking all sorts of caffeine which only makes you crash shorty thereafter. So you are walking around completely out of it.You can remember anything, youre zoning out, only thinking about sleep.
10 Replyextremely cold/hot because you can eat or drink to fullfil A, take a tylenol or go to sleep for B. take a laxative or peee from C and for E it takes time or you can save up and go home. but when you are extremely hot or cold nothing you do seems to make it better lol
10 Reply1. Constipation.
2. Severe Headache.
3. Extremely hot.
I actually don't mind heartbreak. I wish I had a tool that would log the thoughts in my mind everything I had girl trouble. I would have boatloads of amazing lyrics to build on.20 ReplyI've through all of those conditions and nothing feels worst than have to pee but there's no bathroom around and I needed to wait about 2hours to get home (I was on the bus) and I felt like I was gonna blow out (really)...

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yE, I think when you get "mentally" sick its much more then anything physical, at least for me.
"A study has shown that a broken heart hurts in the same way as pangs of intense physical pain. The research demonstrated that the same regions of the brain that become active in response to painful sensory experiences are activated during intense experiences of social rejection, or social loss generally."10 Reply
+1 ySevere headache for me, and starving a close second. I have awful headaches. I'm sure ill get relief faster from a sandwich than waiting for my Excedrin to kick in.

I picked B also,because I can't stand headaches damn.
Heartbroken has got to be the worst. There's no cure, only ways to temporarily suppress it. And it can last for weeks unlike any of the other options (Well... hopefully lol).

+1 yEverything on the list can be easily fixed except the last one. and it causes many of the previous problems
20 ReplyLOL! What sort of a twisted mind thinks up something like this? Thirsty is the worst for me..I don't like heartburn or headaches very much either...o:O

I find it refreshing to see unique questions on here and gets you thinking,so I don't mind.

+1 yHeartbreak.
The rest can be remedied, but heartbreak isn't so easy to get over.
It can leave you feeling worse for wear for months or even years...10 Reply
+1 yThere is no way a broken heart is worse then A and B. The only thing you get with a broken heart is depression, tough time sleeping, you eat less.

+1 yI voted C. You know how much constipation sucks? Then I'll choose E. I'll rather a broken heart over a bad case of constipation!

heartbroken. I've never felt it before, but I've heard that this one guy was dumped by his girlfriend and stayed at home for 3 weeks. in those three weeks, he lost 50 pounds just by watching movies and rolling around in his own pity and pain.
at least that's what I've heard.
