How do you get rid of lazy eyes? And guys, do you mind them?

Is there any way I can get rid of a lazy eye? Makeup tricks, products anything? I'm really self-conscious about it. :/

No offense, but every answer beow in incorrect! If you're referring to strabismus where an eye is not parallel with another, patching only has a slight chance of working if you're less than 5 years old. Surgury plus patching may work if less than 8. Beyond eight, surgery can help make the appearance more parallel, but you will not use both eyes in unison...your "lazy" eye will be non-dominant and somewhat follow along, but your brain will not incorporate the vision as if they were parallel. If it did, you would have double vision. Eyes need to work in unison while a child, or it's too late in brain development. Vision therapy is BS for this problem.

If by "lazy", yo just mean the eyelid droops...it takes surgery to fix. If by "lazy" you mean non-dominant/worse vision...need surgery and patching. See your optometrist.

Many celebrities have strabismus or droopy eye...Selena Gomez for one.

You're not going to hide it with makeup. Generally what is done is that the good eye is patched so that the lazy eye is forced to correct itself. You might want to look into vision therapy type services for amblyopia. It can be corrected in time.

You have to wear those patches over the good eye, so it forces you to use your lazy eye and in time it will hopefully correct itself, although the younger this is done the better chance you have
