Multi vitamin andd weight loss pills?

I'm starting to take weight loss pills but I still want to take my multivitamins. Is it okay if I do? I don't want to because a bad reaction and end up in the hospital.

The pills are only a band aid for the greater problem which can probably linked to your diet and limited activity. However, if you insist on taking weight loss pills and you want to incorporate vitamins into your regime its perfectly fine. You should also bare in mind, though, that not all vitamins are created equal. They aren't regulated by the FDA as stringently as pharmaceuticals and most vitamin manufactures are only required to obtain a seal of authenticity for their raw goods delivered from supplies. If you insist on using weight-loss pills (which is a bad idea) then you must use as directed. Of course, it's your body. If you want to cram supplements into it in hopes that the magical concoction will burn away fat and make you a healthy person, by all means go for it.

I find it rather ironic that you are fearful of the consequences for taking a multi-vitamin while you're adamantly screwing yourself and your wallet by taking weight-loss pills. Oh well. Who am I to judge? You know everything, you're an adult.

Yes its okay, I'd actually advise you to take them. But make sure you take them with food in your stomach.

I know you don't want to hear it but I have to say it. I HIGHLY suggest you don't take weight loss pills. I got into the habit of taking them. What happened? I now have the worst metabolism and have to run a mile just to eat a healthy meal for dinner, I get dizzy/faint if I don't eat, I also developed low blood sugar from them which causes me so many problems. It may seem like a good idea, but they aren't. They because problems and once you're off them you gain that weight back because you only lost water weight, you didn't get rid of any body fat which is done by working out. I can guarantee you will have negative side effects from them. If you still want to take them then good luck.

Weight loss pills are a bad idea anyway, they because more harm than good. Trust me! They can because organ failure and other serious stuff, plus they don't even work that well and have bad side effects. A better option is just eating healthier, taking vitamins, exercising and being patient...you will lose weight but pills aren't a good way!

Word of advice, stop taking the pills, they work at first, but as soon as you stop taking them you get the weight back again and sometimes a lot more than you lost! :S

Better stick to eating healthy and exercise.. If you are consistent you would not only shed the weight, will also stay thinner and healthier.

Vitamins are whatever. Stay away from the weight loss pills if you don't want to lose an organ.

Frankly, I believe in neither. Stick to the simple diet and exercise formula. Choose a routine and stick to it.

Work out instead of taking weight loss pills? To be on the safe side because those things font need to mix in order to be dangerous. They seem to be doing a good job by themselves..If they work at all.
