Is there any way to get rid of chubby cheeks?

For some reason I seem to be gaining chub only on my face. Even though I lost about three pounds. Why am I gaining on my cheeks and nowhere ells? I'm still young but my cheeks were never like this before.

The only way a person can reduce the amount of 'chub' on their face is to combine healthy eating with a good exercise regime... Thus losing excess fat from both ones body as ones face. It's not really possible just to lose 'chub' from your face...

However... Are those pictures on your profile recent?... And is the Xmas one from this Xmas just gone?... Because clearly you do not have any excess 'chub' on your face, nor do you need to lose any weight from your body... You are perfectly in proportion, you have a great figure and a beautiful face to go along with it.

So don't be worrying yourself with any weight issues or whether your face looks a little chubby... It's not!

It is probably genetic.

If you're not bloated and withholding water, imo, it's all biological.

Just like I'm an endo-mesomorph bodytype with wide hips and large legs...

...your body has fuller cheeks naturally.

Your cheeks look kiss-able, so don't be so harsh on yourself. :)

It could be a few things. What I think it is; its just in your head. You're examining yourself too much and coming up with small, irrelevant flaws.

Your face could be bloated, but this usually only happens with a reaction to something. Chances are you'd be able to tell if this was the case.

Another thing it could be is that you're getting older. When I was 16/17 my face got fuller and "matured." Nothing bad, just what happens when you grow up.

I have chubby cheeks too lol and I always have. It could be too much salt in your diet. Maybe you're just bloated? Anyway, don't be self-concious about it. Think about it, old people tend to have no fat in their face, making them look older. The chub in your cheeks keep you looking youthful and healthy :)

You're just being nit-picky.

To lose "chub" you have to lose body fat. Though you shouldn't bother, that's how you would do it had you actually had chub to get rid of.

i have fat cheeks too. my guy says I look like a chipmunk lol.. I don't think there's anything you can do but cheeks are cute :)

I got the same problem lol, the first place that gains fat is my face lol it only starts to fade off when I exercise :S

you're going to have to lose weight overall
