Girls: How do you exercise? Which was is most effective?

I usually do a routine of jumping jacks, sit ups, treadmill, and a little bit of the elliptical if I'm up for it.. I also do some arm exercises with lifting weights.. but I'm just kind of getting bored with this routine.. any tips/tricks?

Also, how many times do you exercise each week? I try to exercise every other day since I'm too busy to do it everyday!
