I have amazing XENO STYLE eggs. I'm proud of my chef skills. Here is how I do my eggs.

1. Scramble egg omelet with spam, sausages or bacon. Egg is mixed with cornstarch, milk, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, and cooked at high temperatures with a wok.

2. Scrambled egg omelet with oysters. Same as above but more exotic.

3. Eggs over easy with soy sauce and rice. Cooked so it's slightly burnt and crispy, but with a completely runny yolk.

4. Soft boiled. Cooked off the heat for a perfect yolk consistency.

5. Poached. Poached for exactly 4 minutes at 80 degrees celsius and served on bread, with minimal seasoning. If I'm feeling fancy I'll poach it in red wine (usually if there's left over wine from my brother's drinking habits).

6. Scotch egg. Soft boiled egg cooked for half of the usual cooking time. Sausage mix blended with flour, spices, and salt, then covers the peeled egg. It is then dipped in runny egg yolk, dipped in flour, dipped in egg yolk again, then dipped in bread crumbs. Deep fry for 5 minutes, then finish in oven for 10 minutes. The PERFECT scotch egg.

I LOVE deviled eggs, they are delish and with a sprinkle of paprika on each egg. I don't like them with pickles or relish in them though.

I like them scrambled. I like to add cheese of some sort for taste but for nutritional reasons I don't. Breakfast every morning is:

1 slice whole grain toast

2 egg whites + one whole egg scrambled

fruit of some sort

i don't eat eggs very often, but I like how my grandmother makes them. scrambled with cheese and lots of pepper. it's really good, eggs are the only thing I can cook that doesn't burn haha.
