my favorite quote to work out is "don't quit your already in pain your already hurt get a reward from it". I'm curious to know what other people's are

I made a quote up in my mind,

"Mind over body".

Everytime my workouts would get too hard or I'd feel like I was ready to quit, I'd always think this.

Although my body feels like it wants to quit, continue because my mind is in full control.

Workouts are just as much psycological as they are physical.

If you feel as if you're losing your ability (physically) know that your mind has the last string.
