Is it pointless to go jogging if you're already really skinny?

Would I benefit at all if I were to start jogging if I'm already skinny?

would I get a six pack from running? I have a six pack if I flex my stomach muscles but if they're realaxed then nothing really shows. Or should I just do stiups instead
