Yeah, it is hella gross when you are that close to it XD is electrolysis the same as the laser hair removal treatment, because if it is; well, that can cause unwanted scarring. Just bleach it. It really isn't that bad.

no electrolysis is more effective and gets rid of it permanently. I have bleached it but still feel as if its noticeable. I feel like people always look at it when talking to me =/

I see, well do what makes you feel better :) But even without it it honestly isn't noticeable unless you are within a few inches of their face... Then you would have to wonder why they are so close to your face and you might need to discuss the whole personal space issue with them XD

I personally would risk any scarring to get rid of that but that's just me.

Im scared to wax or shave because I fear more will come. Rreason I considered electrolysis, it is said to remove permanently.

Yeah I wouldn't shave or wax either, if you can maybe try to just bleach it and if you're up to it do laser hair removal or electrolysis.
