Choose: Ketchup vs Mustard?

I'm having an argument with a friend, and I need to know.

If you had to eliminate one of these from existence, which one would you KEEP?

Ketchup

When I ate hotdogs I wanted to slap someone if they put it on my dog. People who know great hotdogs know that ketchup ruins it. I like ketchup on fries though! ^_^

Mustard for veggie corndogs

Ketchup for fries

Plus their is way more variety in mustard

As a simple condiment mustard is far superior, but once you start doing things with the two you can make some great food like mustard crusted lamb chops (mustard), or barbecue brisket (ketchup). I don't want to give up either. =P But I will say I'd rather have mustard on a hot dog or sausage then ketchup.

I don't really like mustard, but I find everything that tastes good with ketchup, tastes just as good with BBQ sauce instead. So yeah, I wouldn't much care either way.

Even though mustard is bitter and Ketchup sweet. I'd gotta say I'd go with Mustard since it's the healthier alternative to Ketchup, Ketchup is packed wtih High Fructose Corn Syrup which is a no no for me.

I would keep ketchup. The smell of mustard makes me want to vomit, I can't event ell you what it tastes like.

I like ketchup on fries and hamburgers so it serves more of a purpose to me.

I usually only use mustard for sausages and ham so I'd definitely keep ketchup. What would french fries be without it :o

Ketchup is okay, but it contains sugars and whatnot. Plus, mustard is just yummy.

dont care much for either. bbq can be made w either. I guess keep ketchup and don't ever touch the hot sauce. can you get rid of mayo instead?
