Should I be worried?
Does this happen to you?
No, it's very common (it's called "postural hypotension" if you want to google it), and it's not related to your weight.
It's just when you stand up too quickly, it causes a sudden drop in blood pressure, which makes you feel a little light-headed. It happens more often if you're a bit dehydrated too, so make sure you're drinking enough water.
If it happens all the time, then maybe see your doctor (they'll check your blood pressure etc) - otherwise, don't worry about it.
It's just blood rushing to your brain. Pretty normal.
Good question BassistForever, I always had a feeling it had something to do with blood pressure because often times it does happen to me.
Thats normal. it's due to standing up a bit too fast and the blood rushing to your head.
