Do you get vision glitches/skips especially when tired?

It happens rarely but all I can explain it as is when wifi is bad and the movie skips and the person n the movie glitches from one spot to the next

I am not aware of anxiety causing eye stress. Based upon your description it reads like you could be having auras. Auras happen right before a migraine hits. Also you could be having ocular migraines that cause what you described. Ocular migraines usually happen near the beginning of your period. I have them even though I stopped my periods with birth control. They only last like 30 minutes and they don't usually cause any traditional head pain etc symptoms like a migraine. I posted two pictures to best describe what I am talking about. There is not much that can really be done if they are not causing pain and they don't last that long.

I highly, highly, highly suggest you see a doctor or psychiatrist. You may be experiencing lapse in memory, or potentially something even worse.

Its not, I would know. It's when your vision jumps. Like when your eyes shake but this is slightly different. Apparently it runs in my family with me and my sister. Its anxiety eye stress. I just found out. No info online.

People have this but dont focus on it when they are tired because they dont notice small things like this. Unlike people with anxiety focus on it hard

Perhaps it's not as serious as I initially believed it might be, but I'd still suggest seeing a doctor about it.

No that's not it. But it does usually happen only when tired.
