What can I do about my OILY skin?

I've tried just about every type of product for oily skin...from noxema, st. ive's products, mary kay, avon, proactive, even that Kardashian sh*t Perfect skin which really made it kirk out! Does anyone have any suggestions and/or recommendations for products or something to cure this?

Fyi...I don't wear any type of foundation or blushes...just eye shadow from time to time and liquid eyeliner as it doesn't run from the oil from my face. I don't weigh my hair down with a rack of oil sheen or over grease my scalp nor where my hair in my face ever.

I have the same problem. My skin and also hair is very oily. In this type of skin, the oil producing sebaceous glands are overactive and produce more oil than is needed. You cannot change that so you have to get used to it and learn how to take care of your skin properly. First of all, buy product suited for your skin type. And use it all the time. Use facial mask and scrub at least twice a week. It will reduce oiliness a little and make your skin look better. Also use daily cleanser for oily skin and hydrating cream for sensitive skin which doesn't lock your pores. Not be afraid to use makeup.. You just have to pick up the right one. For example, I use Clarins Fond de Teint Lisse Minute foundation, it makes my skin very mat. Also I discover the best thing in the word for oily skin, it's blotting papers that instantly absorb excess oil to reduce shine, without drying skin or messing up makeup. So I use it all the time and get compliments for even and flawless skin. Although back in the days my skin was very terrible and I didn't knew what to do. So just learn to live with. Oh I almost forget to tell drink lots of water all the time. I hope it helps at least a little. By the way, I'm sorry for may maybe not so good English because I use it quite a long ago.:)

I have dry skin (opposite problem) so maybe my advice won't be much to you if you're looking for topical products for oily skin. However, I am going to offer this up anyway: I think you should try adding juicing to your diet every day (beets, carrots, apples, parsley, citrus, etc.) I would recommend trying to address the inside while you address the outside. You might be surprised how much juicing on a regular basis clears, tones, and brightens your skin from the inside out. Give it a shot. 'luck sister. :-)

Thats what's up and I do know that what you put into your body eventually has to come out whether it be through your bowels or your skin and that it can either be positive or negative. I'll definitely look into the juicing and look for ways to incorporate that into my diet.

Try this link just do not put it on normal/dry areas because if your skin is too dry you'll find that the product will become flaky on your skin. If your skin is oily and you use it, it'll be quite effective. If you put a layer and your skin becomes oily later you can just blot it off and reapply.

Other than that you can use mineral powders that have oil absorbing micro sponges, they do work but sometimes it's annoying to find the right shade, plus make up likes to slide around the face and get on things so... if you want to stay away from that stuff I definitely recommend what's in the link.

Milk of Magnesia, I know it sounds weird but if you just dab a bit on your oily areas it really does wonders.

I use a soy bean knock from from CVS
