How do men feel about scars on a woman?

I recently got a rather apparent scar on the upper left side of my chest from a surgery. I wasn't too self conscious of it at first, but as time goes on I find myself becoming more and more guarded of who I let see it. I feel like men may find it to be a huge turn off because of not only the placement, but the size as well.

I do have a picture up where you can see the scar clearly. Please, guys especially, let me know what you think?

Scars tell a story about a person. So as long as it looks like you didn't get into a knife fight (then you'd be attracting, presumably, the wrong type of guy).

Personally I find them to be conversation starters. I love sitting around with a group of people and going through scars, they're real life momentos of the places you've been and struggles you've overcome.

I can't help but feel men think the same way I do. Own your scars and your struggles.

I think if a guy really likes you and accept you for who you are then the scar will not be a big issue. If it does become a big issue with you or makes you feel self conscious then you can try by putting make up on it to hel pit blend it with your skin. If I was a guy talking to you the scar wouldn't bother me. But that is just me I can't speak for other guys.

it wouldn't bother me. I also have a scar that's like that but its more on my upper chest next to my neck

As long as they're not big and ugly they're something you shouldn't be overconcerned about.

The scar is not a problem, but you should rather lose some weight instead - that is your priority, forget about that scar.
