That's kinda a gamble but chances are it will stay. It possible that will lose weight faster in some areas than others but it will even out at some point.
Women in their early 20s gain most of their weight on their hips and legs, so depending on when you gained that weight it may just be that and when you get older fat will distribut itself differently and you will lose that hourglass shape.
If you have wide hipbones however you are very unlikley to lose that shape just by losing weight

It's a gamble.
Problem is, for a lot of women, when they lose weight the first area they shed weight from is their boobs; if this is the case, you could be left as more of a pear than an hourglass.
But most people have a shape that remains regardless of their weight, it can just be more defined with weight lost or gained; so the likelihood is that you will keep it
It may not disappear completely but your body will change the more weight you drop and toning you do.
I understand you don't want to lose the hourglass, but you may also really love how you look after you've toned and have been working out.
I agree with most of the answers but it think if you do someab workouts youl have a bangin tummy too. Don't worry 15 pounds won't kill the look you accent it by loseing tummy fat not saying you have any I haven't seen you but if any of its gtg might as well be the belly good luck
If you got a hourglass shape it will remain regardless of your weight.

Your bones won't change so you'll always have curves in lower part of the body, but the rest depends on where your body loses weight first. I have a small waist and wide hips which men seem to really like, but my upper body changes depending on the weight. When I'm thin I get very pear shaped, when I gain weight my figure is more hourglass. It might be different for you.
It depends on how much weight you lose. I have a .7 waist to hip ratio. I had it when I was 150 pounds, and I have it now at around 120. I got to 112 once, and it was closer to a .8 ratio.
You will probably get a more defined hourglass shape body if you lose weight by doing the right exercises and diet. You'll look amazing if you do it the right way. :]
how do you even find out your hip to waist ratio is 0.68? That's your normal body frame so you won't lose it
You'll stay the same shape I think. Maybe if you were losing a huge amount it could change a bit. Bit at 15 ish, you'll be a slimmer hourglass is all. :)
if it is your natural shape you will likely retain a similar one.
