Men, what are your opinions regarding cosmetic plastic surgery?

Any and all kinds of plastic surgery, from rhinoplasty (nose-jobs), to Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), to Augumentation mammoplasty (boob-jobs). Does it take away from a female's sex appeal? Does it eliminate your attraction to her altogether? Or do you find her new and (artificially) improved physique to be more alluring?

It's disgusting, I find women who've gone under the knife for so superficial a reason to be completely unnatractive.

It's kind of a turn off, but I can get past that.

Surgery? What surgery? I don't care how she got that way. All that matters is that she looks like that now

I think all women should take advantage of this opportunity to improve their looks.

Unless you are deformed in some way, cosmetic surgery is a turn-off.

I always assume the worst if you had to resort to that while attributing the decision to a major personality flaw. It's one thing to be deformed and have that deformation corrected, it's another to have a certain nose or a certain set of boobs and change them over an inferiority complex.

It shows frailty in character. Kids will laugh at features that aren't typical. It happens. I have the utmost respect for those who endure ridicule as children and grow up to be successful and proud.

Nose job- If you have a deviated septum or broken nose that's fine. Don't really like when women get it for aesthetic reasons...

Boob job- I hate fake breast. Don't like how they feel.

Abdominolplasty? Just work it off the old fashion way.

Guys love the effect of, say, big boobs. They don't necessarily want to know the details. So keep it to yourself and much as possible.

Meh... bothers me they were so shallow and insecure they did it, waste of money, doesn't usually look nearly as good as they think. In general, don't care for it. If someone wants to do it, whatever, their money and time, but I don't really care for people in any serious way that feel they need to do such to themselves.

Unless you were born with a deformation or got into an accident that deformed your body and you're doing it more as a "fix" than an "enhancement", I find it shallow to the point that I lose attraction.

Waste of money. It's for high maintenance chicks and those chicks aren't for me.
