So, what is your pattern?
What is your weight pattern?
So, what is your pattern?
Well:
1-8 y.o. => thin
9-12 y.o. => overweight (because of quite genes, puberty, unhealthy food and lack of exercise); I was gaining like 11 pounds a year x.x
13-14 y.o. => thin (because of a diet I was on; I didn't eat almost anything for those two years and that's how I screwed my health... and what made me want to become a doctor, haha)
15 y.o. => somewhere at the higher end of the normal weight spectrum
16-17 y.o. (17 is my current age) => normal weight; curvy but not overweight. Seems like this is the weight my body feels comfortable with.
I've always fluctuated between ,, this and that" weight. But that's what taught me what's good for my body and what not, and what's shown me that I want to pursue a medical career (as I said before). :)
Hahaha!! My weight fluctuated a lot over the years too!
I've always been in my healthy weight range. I'd steadily been gaining weight since my junior year in high school (when I stopped working an active job), and last year I was approaching the line between healthy and overweight. But then I got hit with a mysterious sickness around Thanksgiving and lost 10 pounds in a week and a half.
After I got my appetite back, I still continued to lose weight; my appetite is much smaller than it used to be, and my stomach no longer tolerates junk food. Now, April of the following year, I have lost a total of 15 pounds. I've gone from 145 to 130 without even trying. It's pretty sweet haha. ;)
Haha :)
ive been picked on all my life about my weight. I was picked on by my family for being too skinny, picked on for being too fat by kids at school, picked on for being too muscular again by kids at school. got accused of using steroids. there's no pleasing anybody really. I've had to learn that the hard way. so I was skinny for the first 10 years of my life then I got chubby, then I lost weight and I was fit and muscular, then I got fat again, now iam getting fit again and I plan on staying fit for the rest of my life. so I've "yo-yod" twice in my life. not something you want to happen. a person should ideally be fit their whole life to live the longest.
thx for ba :)
:)
There was no real fluctuation. I had always been an unhealthy eater. Starting at the age of 13, I was forced to give up swimming, which I guess was keeping me active enough to keep my eating habits from catching up with me, and I started gaining weight. I eventually became obese while in high school. I stayed this way up until the age of 28 years old at which point I decided to do something about it and have now lost 135 lbs.
Great. :)

NO YOU ARE NOT!!
YES I AM!!! ;) :D (someone in GAG give me a bigger font size lol)
Hahahaha!!
I voted A Mesomorph/endomorphic guy my body really lets loose in the off season when I'm not playing as much sport or being as active. Also during vac I'll gain a lot only to lose it again during school and pre season. I don't mind it at all because I never look fat I've never had any trouble for it
I would say from 14-18, I was very obese, I'm talking 265 lb. Then at 18-21, I was probably in the best shape where I could run/bike for a long time, and I was very fit. At 21 I had a set back due to an injury that made it very hard for me to keep up with the routine I was doing and from 23 to current I gained some weight and have chub that I'm slowly trying to get rid of.
my weight patterns shift between summer time and winter time. Usually I gain 10-20 pounds over winter some of it being muscle then I shed all the weight since I eat less and get a ridiculous amount of cardio
winter weight - fit
summer weight - skinny
When I was a kid I was a healthy weight (I was always on the heavier side but I didn't look fat or chubby), when I started puberty I got chubby, by the time I was 15 it was gone and since then I have just being getting fitter.
I'm considered fit, but I'm also a little
underweight, I've always been like this, I cannot
gain weight, but it's fine as it means I'm both flexible and light
for my hobbies/work, this is perfect for me ^.~
I was underweight all my life - then I started eating more, lifting more weights and now I'm within the "normal" range and I remain that way, it's stable... I wouldn't hurt from gaining even a bit more but it's not that easy as it seems
i have always been pretty fit , only because i love being athletic and active,
but i did once (age18) go a whole year without working out and i just partied and ate out and i got pretty pudgy but.not severly overweight
None of the above. I've steadily gained mass through the years. I was underweight up till I was about 15-16 which is when I started working out. Now I'm pretty fit I think and in the "normal" range.
ive always been about the same, fit I guess, in my healthy bmi range, at the most ill tone up for bikini season.
I'm mostly overweight. If I could get back down to what I was in college, that would be a great victory for me. Unfortunately, it seems if I want to, I can't eat the way I did in college, lol.
I doubt I have ever been fit through workout but my weight has always been on the slightly chubby side but not overly overweight. But when I was little around 10 years old and before I was underweight. Puberty changed my weight gain speed.
Im 6 foot and Was super skinny till16 and weighed 110lbs and was 234lbs when I was 18 now 350lbs cause of me, friends and girlfriends stuffing each other, its so fun!
i was stuck at 125 lbs for 4 years now I'm finally 131. I'm slender
Normal weight > underweight > normal weight > underweight > normal weight > overweight > normal weight > underweight. I've had severe eating disorder since I was 14 (I'm 28), so. Yeah...
I went from being thin my whole life to fat in just a few years :(
Used to be a chubby kid, now I'm pretty fit and muscular.
I go though periods where I am really fat and skinny.
I don't have a pattern, when I was young I was a little bit chubby, now I think I'm slightly underweight (since going through puberty)
