I have a heart condition and my doctor told me to avoid strenuous excercise that would raise my heartrate so I can't do cardio workouts. I have tried pilates but didn't see results. I do not have the most active lifestyle but I sometimes do a lot of moderate to brisk walking for work. For the last 10 years I ate a very calorie restricted diet of less than 600cal/day (keeping liquids in
mind) and off and on experimented with a low-carb high-protein diet of water, 100% kale juice, tofu, chicken breasts, etc. I never lost the abdominal fat I've had since I was a child. I also want to lose fat in my thighs and upper arms but I've always been this "feminine" shape. I have never been skinny even as a child I was average. I'm 5'2 130lbs. Is lipo the only way?
