No I don't think that's too thin. A lot of women look like that naturally without exercising or starving themselves. Me included. I'm not that thin, but I'm really not too far from looking like her.
I think that women who are too skinny are the ones who are actually malnourished and starving themselves. Like you can tell that their diet consists of drinking water and breathing air.
I don't think it looks bad. As long as you eat well and exercise from time to time, you will have a healthy glow that'll let people know that you're not starving yourself or being unhealthy. In which case, most people won't think you look bad. Just remember that some people will always judge you no matter what you look like, so don't let them get you down.

She literally is straddling the line between too skinny and actually naturally being that thin.. 2lbs less and I'd call it.. she'd have an eating disorder or a metabolic heath issue.
My cousin is that thin and she eats like horse. She also smokes weed lmao.. so maybe that keeps her really small? she was always thin though and doesn't have an eating disorder or health issues as far as i know. Some girls are naturally really tiny.. some guys too.

models are told they are fat even when they are not i hear, i also hear there ego is always kept low so they do not think so highly of themselves maybe even self conscious. she is a bit thin but she believes "that is the look" its her job to look like what her employers want or she gets less work. most people would adjust to keep there job as she does for hers.
