I'm headed off to college next year and I thought I wanted to swim. I've been on the swim team for two years at my high school. I am pretty decent at it and I enjoyed it but it was never something I was excited about doing. I always felt out of place, like I didn't beling on the team. Recently at my colleges accepted students day i signed up for club cheerleading. I have always wanted to be a cheerleader but never had the guts to tryout in high school. Since it is a club, there are no cuts and I would make the team even without having experience. I would love to do both but both main seasons are during the same season. which do you think i should do? Other details: I will be a CSD major which is a very rigorous major with a heavy course load. Would a club be easier than an established sport in that sense?

Not like super hardcore body-builder type, but still visible. I've heard many opinions on this one so was wondering...

*bkground: I used to work out quite a bit, got a six pack, but after a back injury I stopped and it started to fade... though it boosted self-esteem and felt preetty badass tbh hehe so ill prob go back C:

What's worse for you, period cramps or gas pains?


I get period cramps that hurt but honestly I've had worse gas pains.

Today my hair was upsetting me, its naturally curly and has a mind of it own, i showered and didn't apply hair product not knowd go out later, so when we had to go t was dry and really frizzy which it usually isn't, so my mom tried to do something with it, so then i got it wet again, and was trying to do it, but it wouldn't work, so i got reaaaaaaaaaalllly mad and just started violenetly ripping out my knots with my fingers and started crying

I watch my sister on the weekends and all week now that im on spring break, so the other day she wouldn't stop crying and i get really upset, she's 3months old by the way, so i kinda spaced out, and yelled at her, and practically violently pushed her into her baby swing, then i walked away crying my eyes out and crying loudly....

So is this normal or should i bring it up to my mom

After going #2 (pooping).
I read you have to wipe back and forth if you're a woman but I can't do that. I've always wiped forward which I guess is pretty bad. I'm wondering what the common way is. Go anon if you must.

Is it considered normal to be anxious all the time? To worry about your future? Make up events that may not even take place? Assume you are going to be alone for the rest of your life and fall into a panic attack when you see someone you know get engaged/begin a new relationship? Persist negative thoughts 24/7? Assume everyone is out to get you and you are alone in this world? Fear death? Fear being in debt? Lose faith in your religion? All in a short amount of time drastically, considering the fact that it gradually began at age 12? Feel like your friends are using you/going to be betray you at any given point. THOUGHTS PLEASE

So i just want to know if these cuts will scar forever or if they will eventually heal and not scar. Thanks!

I'm really proud of myself cause now I can squat 10kg, I know that might not be a lot but im proud I achieved my goal, i'm only fiveteen at the moment so it wouldn't be that much but im improving as days past. Just wondering how much you guys can squat/ lift with a barbell. PS: I haven't got a lot of muscle I only have like a six pack, im quite strong, have toned legs/ arms, a big booty (loven my squats) thats pretty much it. Thanks for commenting! All you fitness freaks are amazing!

I like to do my own thing :)
