My BMI says I'm in the 68th percentile for my age group. But I'm fat, and I'm not just saying that, I am. My thighs jiggle and my dad calls me fat and makes weight jokes, says I need to exercise. And people at school used to call me fat but they don't now but I think that's because they like me now. My friends think I'm big boned but i don't think I am! Normally you'll find bigger people make the excuse that their big bonned but I don't think I am. I know I'm fat, but BMI is telling me I'm healthy weight (I know bmi's are unreliable because they don't consider the amount of muscle). I am capable of a thigh gap, because when I put my feet together and put a large water bottle between my thighs, the bottle moves the fat out the way and theirs a gap (and it feels comfortable but as soon as the bottle is removed the fat just covers the gap lol, my knees do touch but that's my bones. So am I just ridiculously small boned and hold a lot of fat? Because that's my theory. Also, even though I'm fat when I sit and bend down you can see my spine alittle. So am I pointy small boned? (I promise you I'm fat, I jiggle, and when I sit crossed leg I get dimples on my thighs. And although i say people at school haven't called me fat recently a few people have suggested it.

My SO is sick right now and you would think the world is about to end. He can't do anything and has called off again. I had the same cold last week and didn't miss any work and still took care of the things in my life. Is it all guys or is it just cause you can? Please explain

This meaning doing sports or going to a club or jogging or going to the gym or something like that. I was just wondering about how much exercise people generally do because I have been exercises for the past few years this including working out, lifting, yoga, pilates, general sports, jogging, the sport I play and going to the gym and it has improved my life so much. It has improved my mental, physical, emotional and social well being. It has helped me to make friends. To make me happy about my body. Just generally made me a better person inside and out. I'm not saying you have to exercise to be happy because I accept all shapes and sizes, i think everyone is beautiful but I love myself like this I love constantlly improving myself everyday and I am happy. Also it doesn't take up my whole life, it is fun and enjoyable for me!

What is your favorite size? If I don't have it in the poll, say it in a posting please.

My arms are so skinny. They look like sticks. I want bigger arms. But most websites I've read on bulking up always involve eating big servings of eggs and meat throughout the day. I love food but I'm really not into meals like that. I prefer to just nibble on stuff throughout the day. Also I don't like meat or eggs that much. I'll eat them, but only every once in a while.

Can exercise by itself give me bigger arms? I'm not trying to look like I can lift cars or anything, I'd be fine with this

which i don't like so please help. If you have any suggestions on exercises to do for bigger arms that would be great too.
