Channeling your inner fat person?

so before i ask this question just know i do workout a lot about 2 and half hr 3 times a week at the gym wight training and cardio buring anywhere from about 1800-2000 cals per day sometimes more if i am feeling it and i, m on about a 1500 cals a day 7 days a week most protein some carbs and about every 2 weeks i give my self a reefeed day or some like to call it a cheat day and this morning i ate so much food before i got full i had a decent size bag of chips trail mix a quesadilla some ramen and a chicken sandwich and thats just breakfast does anyone ever have to eat this much to get full or is it just me?
