I'm a woman with meat to spare.
I weigh 130 and stand 5-7 and I eat large quanitities of good foods like vegetables, beans, and other healthy foods.
Additionally, the workout isn't that intense in my opinion (I never feel like I'm dying, I actually have a lot of fun)
Could this be because it's cardio or is it becauuse my body isn't accustomed to this.
I really enjoy working out now and I want to work out 3 or 4 times a week but I don't want to wreck my cycle.
Have any other women experienced this, and how did you handle it?
