I'm better now I went and they said I needed sleep kinda hard cause the energy drinks but they said I had a small heart attack... supposedly when I fell asleep

There are many, chest discomfort, trouble breathing, slurring of words, dizziness. I wouldn't waste time getting opinions here. Head to your local hospital ASAP

Probably wasn't the best decision... They're loaded with carbs and sugar. Lay off of that stuff. Side effects are endless. Or stick to 1 every once in a while. Hope you feel better soon

I would think it would be be because of those drinks but you should go to the ER if you're having any trouble breathing!

Go to a doctor, and get there fast.
It is still unusual for people under 30 to have a heart attack, unless they've lived on a very high fat diet.
