It may be stupid to ask here, but I am sitting in my bed, feeling slightly nausea (not extreme), Tightness in the throat, pounding pain on the left side of my chest, and a sharp pain in my jaw. Is that a heart attack

That sounds a bit different. I thought you’d have tightness in the arm and pain in the neck. Either way, rub yourself down with rubbing alcohol or go to the ER
