Hi, I'm 27. Lately, my health has been getting really bad, apparently. I've been taking 40mg of adderall a day, because i'm having a hard time focusing for my virtual internship. Also, I would drink 1-2 energy drinks a day. And frequently get breakfast at a nearby mcdonalds (it's just breakfast how unhealthy can that be?). However, last night I needed a mental break, and smoked weed after I had adderall in my system. I thought I was almost having a minor heart attack, or on the verge of it, but I'm not sure. My chest got tense and my stomach and chest muscles felt tight and my heart was beating very fast. It felt incredibly uncomfortable, like there was something clogged in my heart. I immediately went to the store and bought some aspirin, which helped. However, something felt very wrong. I don't understand how this can be happening. I didn't think my health was this bad. I worked out for 8 years in the past and I'm only 215 pounds 20% body fat. This sort of thing kind of runs in my family though. I bought a lot of healthy food today. What can I do to make sure I don't have an early heart attack? Thanks.
Superb Opinion
Energy drinks and Mc Donald’s will hurt you in the long run and it looks like it’s catching up with you now. Cut back on all processed food, sugar, salt, caffeine, refined flour and the soda. Drink lots of water, detox, eat organically and exercise daily.. even if that’s a 15 min brisk walk around the block..
