Why can people see my heart beating throuh my chest?

My left boob is big for my frame as im technically underweight. So it makes the heart beat more visible even through clothes its hard to even try to hide it. People can see my boob shaking my top if theyre just feet away from me maybe even more than a few feet. I guess my body is unique but its just kinda funny cause i dont think i seen this happen on any other skinny girl to the extent it has with my boob its VERY visible. You see every heart beat tremor... The more nervous i am or the faster my heart is beating th more visible this is.
