I try to watch what I eat but it's not like I have a strict diet. I just try to watch the calories that are in the products i want to buy. But I do have cheat days for sure. Not once a week but just when I feel I deserve a sugar overload again (like if i've had a rough day or something and all I want to do is curl up on the couch watch tv and stuff my face) I'm not too proud of it but I don't feel that guilty either, only a view months ago i stuffed my face with sugary crap every single day so I just try to look at the progress i've made already instead of feeling super bad about a one day slip up.

When I did diet, I couldn't have a cheat day because it was so hard to go back to the food I hated. I would always have to eat healthy. Now I eat what I want. I don't diet anymore. It takes its toll on the body to keep going up and down with the weight.
I was lucky enough to be born with good genetics when it comes to my metabolism. I can eat large amounts of junk food and never gain a pound or have any health problems. I understand most people hate a person like that so I try not to rub it in anyone's faces unless they deserve it.
Although being born this way makes it hard for me to be empathetic towards someone who is overweight. I try to be more understanding, but without experiencing weight problems of my own I will never fully understand how someone else like that feels.
I guess it puts me at a social disadvantage.
i would say every two weeks but depends on you wight and i don't really do a cheat more of a reefeed day kill two birds with one stone i don't get extra wight from eating lots of carbs i just refill my glycogen levels and up my Leptin levels and burn more cals on my next trip to the gym

of course you can go with a strict diet and one day of cheats, but personally I rather balance than extreme... :) and no, you should never feel ashamed of eating, either its clean or not as much. YOU HAVE TO FUEL YOUR BODY. YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD ABOUT GIVING YOUR BEAUTIFUL BODY ENERGY DO TO ALL YOUR FAVORITE THINGS! (EVEN IF ITS WATCHING NETFLIX OR SLEEPING!) <3 :)
Well... I think everyone should be flexible... otherwise you will drop your "diet"(Don't like this word... because it implies it's temporary) completely.
My cheat day is whenever I feel I really need to be. So it could be once a week, twice a week or once a month. But even then... my cheating is done with complete awareness so I don't go overboard.
But I still think the answer my lifestyle is closest to is "strict diet" with cheat day.I eat whatever I want whenever I want it. Luckily, I have a small appetite.
I only have one life so I am not interested in having a strict diet full of shit I don't like.I'm a little less strict than Option B, but I don't have a "see food" diet either. I'm a hard gainer, so I have to make sure to eat enough. But I also don't want to dirty bulk because I'm already a lean guy and have experienced skinny-fat when doing that before.
So I make sure to keep my diet clean enough, but it's not super strict.I eat whatever I want but in a normal/healthy amount
I eat whatever I want when I want, but I'm vegan and eat mostly plants so I can afford to do this without gaining weight lol.
I eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I haven't gained any weight yet... I'm scared that when I'm older I'll have to eat healthier
I don't feel guilty. I eat whatever I want, but that's why I'm a bit overweight in comparison to the weight I should be, so.. xD
If it fits your macros! It depends On your goals. What you want to obtain. Some people have a cheat meal some people have a cheat day. Personally i stay in a caloric deficit 2 to 3 weeks then have a cheat day!
I don't have a strict diet other than being a vegetarian.
I'm on a strict diet right now, so I'm saying yes... I'm not happy though ahha
I don't need diet XD
I can eat ten times a day and still be fitNo I eat what I want when I want, eating is my main hobby. Yet somehow I'm underweight
