It only gets dry and super itchy for me on my chest, stomach, shoulders, and back. This started back in late 2017 and would only occur in the colder seasons. But then from 2020 onwards, it would happen even up until early to mid spring. I think what caused it is me constantly using really hot water when showering and almost never using any moisturizing creams. I miss the days when that wouldn't happen at all.

Usually, my skin would get all red over those aforementioned areas and it won't go away unless I expose myself to cooler temperatures (e. g., taking off my shirt). It can happen if I eat foods and drinks that are very hot and spicy or hot and dry. It may also happen if I'm in a hot area with poor ventilation and low humidity. I don't get any rashes or hives or blisters, my skin just turns red in the parts that itch.

Since mid 2020, I've decided to start using such creams and way less hot water, but with some success. Obviously trying to seek a dermatologist in these past 2 years would've been difficult and at times impossible because of the lockdowns. I believe earlier this year I was hit with Omicron and that somehow made my skin less dry and itchy. Oh yeah, I'm also East Asian, who are known to not really sweat (I don't in the winter).

Do you consider Yoga to just be for women (and gay guys)?

I returned to a lame normie gym after leaving jiu jitsu (wrestling with sweaty men and having to clean a gi every single night just wasn't for me). I started doing yoga at my gym just for sh*ts and giggles. No classes, just by myself on the mat. I do it after like 20-30 minutes on the treadmill going 4.5 or 5 MPH.

It's literally one of the only times I haven't loathed exercise! It's easy, lets m relaxed instead of feeling dead afterwards, makes me feel more flexible, and makes me feel a little stronger doing stuff like planks and Downward Dog (which similar to planks, but easier). I am unsure about doing it for too much longer though, cause it's always been consider a "girl" thing. So who knows.

Have you ever heard a high pitch noise coming from your ears?

I just wanted to hear how everyone’s doing lately. Life sometimes can feel heavy on our shoulders. So, speak your mind and I hope you feel better!

So this is just an ethical dilemma that i wonder how people here would solve.

So lets say you are an expert surgeon at a hospital and you are the only one here as well.
Two patients with the same exact symptoms/problem that require surgery arrive at the same exact time. Whoever you choose to operate on the other one will die because you are the only surgeon and you don't have enough time to save both.

One patient is a mayor of a major city and the other is a janitor from a local high school.

Who do you choose to save and why?
