I mean you know the two main things to do. I like reading and exercise is actually a really healthy practice if you can get in to the habit but most would never exercise then. I also saw someone mentioned meditation I am sure some stretching and breathing practices could do great for slowing your brain down at the end of the day.

Depends. Screen times is not good, but see something that is funny. Then do some yoga or meditasion. Reading. Cuddle, sex or masturbating. Any thing that calmes your body and mind
