Can a casino kick you out for talking to other patrons?

Sort of a legal, and complicated question but maybe some people here will have some good insight to help. But say you're at a casino and you see a person watching right behind the person playing. Can you go up to the person playing and let them know that the person has been watching them for 45 minutes without playing any game of their own or is that some kind of issue? I'm asking because a friend of mine got into trouble with security for doing this, and I'm not so sure that security didn't break a law or something.

Sounds like your friend outed an observing pit manager. Or disturbed a patron who was completely unrelated to whoever they thought was staring.

Yeah, they're a private business. They can eject you for any reason they like.

There’s cameras all over the place if he’s played at all, they can check out the camera system. There’s nothing wrong with watching somebody play especially if they’re on a roll and being successful.

true, but is there something wrong with letting someone know that a person has been watching them for so long? I don't get how informing someone of that can be... problematic either.

A casino is allowed to remove u for any reason they decide at any time
