  What is your favorite of all? Mine is sand crabs. I used to build a sand castle and entire sand village and then populate it with sand crabs I had dug up and put in a pail until the magical moment of letting them loose in my village. It lasted for all of about 30 seconds while a couple of dozen little crabs would burrow their way back under the sand and disappear completely. But it was amazing while it lasted. Kind of like how if you blink, you'll miss the shooting star?

  I do enjoy conversing with the sand crabs while bumming on a deserted beach…
  
  The ghost crabs are a lot of fun 😆.
