Would you say its normal to not have hobbies? what are yours?

A psychologist asked me if i have any hobbies and it took me a good minute to think only for me to realize that i absolutely have no hobbies or interests in anything really and i’m 25 anyone else relates to that or shares a similar feeling? If you do have hobbies what are they?

I worry for the people who have no hobbies. I can consider fitness a hobby, even though I’m not fond of it. When someone doesn’t have a hobby I feel like they’re just going through the motions as a person and probably depressed at best, completely numb to the world at worst.

You should have at least one hobby -- something that makes you happy that isn't for work or school or family or anyone else but you. The sole purpose of the hobby is to make you happy.

Surfing, playing guitar and other fretted instruments, playing piano, singing, running , BJJ, Uechi-ryu, collecting Lord of the Rings, DC and Marvel memorabilia, watching silent and classic movies.

That’s sounds spiritually and psychologically unhealthy. Do you not feel an internal ache of emptiness? I could imagine not having a sense of purpose and it sucks.

I play keyboards, guitar, jam music with friends, collect records and CDs.

I had struggled at 18 or 20 with hobbies - I definitely developed then by 24/26. :)
