Here in America, we have a musical style called, country & western (or just, country). If you're in another country, do YOU have a "country" music?

Country music is actually British originally but all the big country musicians today are American thus its perceived as a American genre. The name hasn't changed even though the country making most of the worlds country music has.

half of it is the Mex part, I mean very similar in Mexico...

it is called folk, or "regional"
