Knowledge is power, also keeping things tidy is a good thing too especially those of historical significance. It is the largest library in the world, I’d say that takes guts & skill & American ingenuity. Though that is my opinion, I strongly urge people to research and learn to appreciate The Library of Congress.

I voted 5. But isn’t this card sort of like a really rare old school card called the Library of Alexandria that actually was banned? Or am I confused?

No, it has more in common with Bazaar of Baghdad actually. Library of Alexandria is restricted.

There are some recursion mechanics this card interacts with which make it very difficult to pin down how it should be rated. Some include: Madness, Flashback, and Dredge. Bazaar of Baghdad is very strong with Dredge and went from being worth a few cents to over a thousand dollars after Dredge was printed.
